Wrong version of the driver has been loaded on this system

From Veritas Knowledgebase:
Symptom: OTMAN4.sys driver refuses to start after operating system upgrade from Windows NT to Windows 2000.
Solution: If Open Transaction Manager is installed on a Windows NT system and the system is subsequently upgraded to Windows 2000, "OTMAN4" will refuse to start. Subsequent uninstalls will succeed, but a reinstall will fail with the message "install failed" or "wrong driver version." Add/Remove Programs will list the software as "otman4." The solution would be to uninstall the "OTMAN4.sys" driver via the Add/Remove Control Panel and also delete the following keys from the Windows Registry: HKLM/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/OTMAN4. Then reboot. Reinstall the Columbia Data Products Open Transaction Manager software that is compatible with Windows 2000. It will install as "OTMAN5, " and the service will start up fine after that.
