The maximum number of persistent images has been reached. The oldest persistent image was deleted to provide space for a new persistent image.

When a Persistant Storage Manager (PSM) warning event 4140 or 4141 occurs, the memory size of the PageFileBytes is increased but not released. Over a prolonged period of time, a memory leak may occur in the system paging memory pool. See ME329140 for a hotfix applicable to Microsoft Server Appliance Kit 2.0 and Persistent Storage Manager for Server Appliances.
