MS DTC log file not found. After ensuring that all Resource Managers coordinated by MS DTC have no indoubt transactions, please run msdtc -resetlog to create the log file.
This problem can occur when the MSDTC service writes to the cluster registry. See ME900216 for information about this event.

This problem may occur because the MSDTC service cannot access the %windir%\System32\Msdtc\Msdtc.log file. See ME916926 for details on solving this problem.

The event has occurred on all domain controllers together with EventID 4185 from source MSDTC, Error code 0x5. In the Default Domain Controller Policy, you must add a new object %SystemRoot%\system32\MsDtc to the File System and edit security to give the Network Service, Modify, Read and Execute, List Folder Contents, Read and Write permissions.
