Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The WINS Push configuration key could not be created or opened. Check to see if the permissions on the key are set properly, system resources are low, or the registry is having a problem.

As per Microsoft: "A WINS push partner pushes replicas and updates notification messages. This parameter can be set by editing the registry. The WINS configuration is stored in the registry, in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\WINS subkey. The Push subkey in the \WINS\Partners subkey could not be created (or opened)".
