Event ID: 4212 Source: DFSR

The DFS Replication service could not replicate the replicated folder at local path E: because the staging path is invalid or inaccessible.

Additional Information:
Staging Folder: E:DfsrPrivate\Staging
Replicated Folder Name: "<folder name>"
Replicated Folder ID: <ID>
Replication Group Name: "<replication group name>"
Replication Group ID: <ID>
Member ID: <ID>.
This problem occurs because objects in the Active Directory directory service are configured incorrectly. Specifically, these objects do not reflect the correct path of the Staging and Conflict directory. See ME920335 for a hotfix applicable to Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

As per Microsoft: "DFS Replication cannot replicate files in the replicated folders listed above because the staging folder cannot be opened. These folders cannot be replicated because the service is unable to create staging files". See MSW2KDB for additional information about this event.
