As per a Microsoft support forum post, the most common cause for this warning is due to a bug in the network card drivers. The suggestion is to update the drivers with the latest update. If this fails to fix the problem, the TCP/IP stack can be re-installed using the following command:
netsh int ip reset
followed by a reboot. However, some users reported that none of these suggestions fixed the problem.
