This can occur if you have installed Adobe Type Manager 4.0 or Pgpdisk version 6.02 and 6.5. See article ME314118 for more information.
This occurs if a device driver prevents the computer (i.e. a notebook with Win2K in our case) going to standby/hibernating-mode.
- goto c:\winnt\system32\drivers
- search the file mentioned in Source of your event log entry (ATMhelpr.* or whatever ...)
- rename or delete that file (if this error occurs the file in question isn't used anyway)
This may apply to other similar events (i.e. events from or mxnic).
