As per Microsoft: "Windows 2000 SP4 is programmed to remap the .htr extension from Ism.dll to Asp.dll for security reasons. This configuration change is performed during the post-SP4 installation phase. You can safely ignore this error message because Windows 2000 SP4 was installed successfully". This event occured while installing the SP4 on a W2K server, an error message "... cannot remove scripts from IIS .." appeared and suggested that the server was not fully updated and should be restarted from the emergency repair disk.
