The "<policy>" Policy Module "<method>" method returned an error. <error description>. The returned status code is 0x8007054b (1355). The Active Directory containing the Certification Authority could not be contacted.
In my case, I renewed the root CA certificate without changing the privat/public key and the event disappeared. To renew the root certificate, right click on your CA -> All tasks -> Renew CA certificate, then choose to not renew public/private key.
