Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

This problem occurs because an SQL database has a built-in limitation of 256 tables. When ACS builds a view, ACS creates a select statement that contains data from all the partition tables. When the number of partition tables exceeds 256, this problem occurs. See ME954948 for a hotfix applicable to Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007.
This event is logged when you use the AdtSetup.exe program to update an Audit Collection Services installation in System Center Operations Manager 2007. See ME949452 for details.
