What is a DLL?
Make sure that DCOM is enabled on the SCE server. This can be done by going into Start -> Run -> DCOMCNFG Component Services -> Computers. Right click on My Computer, go to properties and click on the Default Properties tab. Make sure that “Enable Distributed COM on this computer” is checked.
