The database engine could not access the file called x:\exchsrvr\bin\temp.edb.
This event may be logged when you attempt to upgrade a computer running Exchange Server version 5.5. See ME180010 for details on this issue.
If this happened after you run Edbutil with the /d option, this error can be caused by not having the proper permissions on the bin directory when the hard disk drive is formatted as NTFS. See ME182804 for more details.
