Event ID: 5001 Source: NETGEAR_WG511T

NETGEAR 108 Mbps Wireless PC Card WG511T : Could not allocate the resources necessary for operation.
See the comments for event id 5001 from EL90BC.
This error message occurs right after I get the warning from Event ID: 256 & Source: PlugPlayManager; "Timed out sending notification of device interface change to window of "Hello""
The error message 5001 occurs when I install the drivers for the netgear WG511T 108 Mbps Wirelss PC Card. I have had someone tell me that because I had a Wireless Microsoft PC Card installed previously that it can cause problems with other PC Cards connecting correctly to a Wireless router. There are no Device or IRQ conflicts. While the card is plugged in to the Laptop the mouse becomes jerky and I am unable to connect to any wireless network. Once the card is removed the system works fine but as soon as I plug in another network PC Card wireless or otherwise then the system returns to the jerky state of sluggish reponsiveness. Once the Netgear drivers are removed the system starts acting normally again with a wired network PC Card installed.
