Nack means Not Acknowledged, in other words, the computer requested the DHCP server to confirm the IP address that it already has (to "acknowledge it") but the DHCP server declined. It could be that the IP address requested is not in the DHCP scope anymore or it has already been assigned to another computer. In "normal" computer operation this is a benign message and the network adapter should be able to obtain another IP address from the DHCP server. If this message keeps repeating then there is a problem either with the computer itself, the network (i.e. rogue DHCP servers) or with the DHCP server.
