From a newsgroup posting: "This error is usually related to the driver being used with the card. It is suggested to install the latest driver from Intel"
From another posting: "If you are using "teaming":
- In Network Properties, select the Bindings tab, open DHCP Server entry, open TCP/IP Entry. Select the EtherExpress(TM) PRO/100 Intelligent Server adapter entry. Select the Move Down button and continue moving the adapter  entry down until it is the last listing.
- Use Regedit32 to make Changes required in the Registry to alter the load sequence of the adapters in the AFT team. Under these two keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\iAFT
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\iAFTProtocol
- Change Group to " PNP_TDI "
- Reboot
