Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

TrueVector driver: Driver install or load failure: LoadNTDeviceDriver. Win32 error: The system cannot find the file specified.

In my case, I had the same Event ID, but never had ZoneAlarm installed. It turned out to be the Cisco VPN client.
ZoneLabs told me that this event is a false report. It will be fixed with the new release (>5.0.556.132). Therefore, you have nothing to undertake.
As per Microsoft: "If you use the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel to uninstall ZoneAlarm after you upgrade to Windows XP, the TrueVector service that is installed with ZoneAlarm is not uninstalled. To completely uninstall the ZoneAlarm software, you must use the ZoneAlarm uninstall program". See ME313067 for more details. Also, check out the link to “Uninstalling ZoneAlarm Under Windows XP” for additional details on how to completely uninstall ZoneAlarm.
See the link for Error code 2 for a generic description of the "The system cannot find the file specified" error.
