This problem occurs because of a problem in the version of the Kaspersky scan engine that was released on February 16, 2006. This scan engine version number is version 2006021609. This version causes the Kaspersky scan engine to stop responding. When this occurs, the AntigenSMTP scan job and the AntigenRealtime scan job also stop responding. See ME920200 to solve this problem.
