Cluster Shared Volume 'VolumeName' ('ResourceName') is no longer accessible from this cluster node because of error 'ERROR_TIMEOUT(1460)'. Please troubleshoot this node's connectivity to the storage device and network connectivity.

According to EV100541 (Event ID 5120 in System Event Log), event ID 5142 may logged along with event id 5120 and they may or may not be the sign of a problem with the cluster, based on the error code logged for event id 5120. The article describes how to troubleshoot this event when the error recorded in the event description is STATUS_CLUSTER_CSV_AUTO_PAUSE_ERROR (c0130021).
