Multiple machine accounts with the same GUID or MAC address were found in Active Directory Domain Services. The Windows Deployment Services server will use the first listed machine account.

Delete duplicate machine account in accordance with T726530.
I got this error on a newly built 2008 R2 Enterprise server. I finally resolved it by changing the new option to let the user press escape during PXE boot to exit and the process and boot normally (found in the Boot tab).

I also inserted a 5 second PXE boot delay on the PXE response Tab. Not sure if one or the other or both fixes this but it works now and no more duplicated GUID errors.
