As per Microsoft: "The computer's clock was changed. It might have been synchronized with a time server on the Internet or an intranet, or a user might have manually set the system time. This message is logged for informational purposes only". See MSW2KDB for additional information about this event.

From a newsgroup post: "This event is due to the timesync feature within XP. Many of the success messages are just informative, logging that something which should happen did happen".
