The Terminal Server is configured to use SSL however no usable certificate was found on the server. Please check the security settings by using the Terminal Services Configuration tool in the Administrative Tools folder.
If you open up the properties page under the RDP-Tcp connection in the tscc console and select "Negotiate" as the security layer, you must have a valid TLS 1.0 or higher certificate installed. If you do not have this, you should select the "RDP Security Layer" to get rid of this error.
