Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
An Io Request to the device did not complete or canceled within the specific timeout. This can occur if the device driver does not set a cancel routine for a given IO request packet.

This seems to be related to an IDE RAID controller we use from 3Ware. The machine answers to ping, but it's impossible to log into the machine either from console or remote. All programs seem to just hang. Doing a remote shutdown command displays the shutdown counter on the console, but it won't shutdown. A power off/on is only solution to get it back up. It has happend twice, two weeks apart, running SQL server on the machine. The warning came about 90 times in 6 minutes.
