Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. According to ME972196, the issue occurs because a column is defined incorrectly as the INT data type in a stored procedure of the BizTalkMsgBoxDB database. Therefore, when the number in this column exceeds the limit of the INT data type, an arithmetic overflow error occurs. A hotfix is available.
This error may occur if you install the BizTalk Server 2006 Runtime or BizTalk Server 2004 Engine before you install the Rules Engine and its associated database. See ME835862 to solve this problem.
