Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
Access to the root\MicrosoftIISv2 namespace was denied. The namespace is marked with RequiresEncryption but the client connection was attempted with an authentication level below Pkt_Privacy. Re try the connection using Pkt_Privacy authentication level.

When deploying Microsoft System Center the service will query a variety of WMI parameters from the monitored systems. A number of files that control the WMI interface (*.mof) in this case iiswmi.mof have an antry requiring encryption in order to query the WMI properties it shows up in the file as [RequiresEncryption]. This entry needs to be changed to [RequiresEncryption(FALSE)] and recompiled using mofcomp. ME2590230 describes the process in more detail. This error can come up for a number of wmi classes. Additional errors as they relate to SCOM can be found at EV100329 (System Center 2012 Notes From the Field).
