As per Veritas: "This event is reported by VERITAS Backup Exec when it receives an error condition from Windows when attempting to backup a file. CHKDSK should be run on the disk that contains the corrupt files. After running CHKDSK, try running the backup job again". See "Veritas Support Document ID: 252175" for more details.
This error occurs when Backup Exec fails to back up and verify an opened and locked file. commonly *.pst, *.pab files etc.
