Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The SQL Server virtual device resource is busy.
|English: Request a translation of the event description in plain English.|
As per Veritas: "This is reported when SQL Server was too busy to process the Virtual Device request. This is reported when attempting to close a virtual device set that was never open. In most cases, restarting the backup / restore job that was running will resolve the issue". See "Veritas Support Document ID: 251952" for more details.
