The alert was reported because VERITAS Backup Exec told the robotic library to move media from a robotic library slot to a drive and the drive already contains media. The drive state has been set to offline. Eject (remove) media from the drive and then re-inventory (scan) the robotic library. See EV100298 (Symantec Article TECH23603).
