Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

As per Microsoft: "This event may be reported during a recovery phase of a restore job when the Lotus Domino recovery subsystem cannot find the required transaction log extent. Make sure all of the media containing the transaction logs are cataloged so that the information required for the recovery is available". See "Veritas Support Document ID: 252201" for more details.
