Backup was from a different system, the log was reformatted since the backup was taken or the backup is corrupt.
As per Veritas: "This event may be reported when attempting to restore a Lotus Notes database if the DBIID of the database has changed since the backup.  The DBIID may have been changed by running a Fixup or by changing the logging style. At this point, the backup cannot be used for the restore. After taking an action that causes the DBIID to change, you must perform a new full backup".
