The Microsoft Clustering Service could not write file. The disk may be low on diskpace, or some other serious condition exists.
In my case, the problem was caused by a low disk space condition on Node2 in the cluster event though the events were being logged on Node1.
Verify that there is enough disk space on the hard drives and that the cluster service is running with an account that has the proper file system permissions.
