Microsoft Exchange Connector for Lotus cc:Mail is designed to redirect the Import/Export console messages to temporary files located in the Exchsrvr\Ccmcdata directory. However, the file handles used to control these temporary files may not be generated correctly. See ME179072 to solve this problem.
As per Microsoft: "Files may have been locked by another process, or the proper permissions are not set for the files specified". See MSEX2KDB for additional information about this event.
As per Microsoft: "The Exchange service account does not have sufficient permission to access the cc:Mail Post Office database". See ME168670 and ME233164 to fix this problem.
