Activation of app Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MicrosoftEdge failed with error: This app can't be activated by the Built-in Administrator. See the Microsoft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log for additional information.
This occurs when UAC is disabled for the built-in Administrator account (or the built-in Domain Administrator account). Use Local Security Policy or Group Policy to enable UAC.

Step 2:Clear windows store catch:
1.Press the Windows + R keys on your keyboard to open the Run dialog.
2.Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.
3.The Store will now open, and state the following: The cache for the store was cleared. You can now browse the store for apps

Step 3:Re-register the Store App
Open CMD by running as administrator, and type following command to re-register the Store App:
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
