This problem occurs if the clustered share resource is not configured to store files that are encrypted by using Encrypting File System (EFS). See ME935648 for information on solving this problem.
I have seen this event appear when I was trying to access encrypted files across the network. I could not access these files and had to remove their encryption in order to open them.
