After you apply SP 1 on Win2K Prof/Server/Adv.Srv., you may receive some such events. According to Microsoft, these events are incorrectly logged by Windows File Protection and can be ignored. Microsoft confirms this is a problem on Win2000 and it has been corrected on Service Pack 2. Obtain this service pack from Microsoft's website. See also: ME289227, ME262004.
