Reason: "The SQL database server detected a deadlock" - According to EV100491 (Symantec TECH224399), this occurs when the System DSN for the Vault Store in question is missing in the ODBC Administrator.
Reason: "Server execution failed (0x80080005)" - According to EV100492 (Symantec TECH208704), this may be recorded when a COM object for the StorageManagement is created before processing PartitionCache. See the article for details.
Reason: "The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect." - As per EV100493 (Symantec TECH139289), this can be fixed by reentering the Vault Service Account credentials.
