Event ID: 69 Source: NAVforMicrosoftExchange

Mailbox or public folder, "Internet Mail Service (MAIL)", could not be scanned due to a logon failure. The mailbox or public folder may be invalid, corrupt, or missing.
This event is a result of a virus scan of the email server (manual or scheduled) if ALL MAILBOXES is selected. Auto-protect does not protect the actual mailbox used by IMS for incoming/outgoing processing. (see event 42 source: NAV for Microsoft). Because auto-protect does not (can not) protect this mailbox, a ou receive the event 69 whenever a scan of ALL MAILBOXES is performed.
