From a newsgroup post: "Here is the final solution to this problem from Citrix Support. No matter if PS 4.5 Advanced, Enterprise or Platinum. Change the logon account of the Citrix SMA-Service to "Local System". After I changed this I never got the error again. Comment from Support Engineer: "On CPS4.5 the SMA service uses the local system account so this is the correct one to choose. It should not be set to local service"."
