Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The DNS server accept() function failed. The event data contains the error.
Data: <error number>
|English: Request a translation of the event description in plain English.|
There are many potential reasons for this problem. The error code recorded in the Data portion of the event may provide a clue:
- 00002726 = Winsock Error code 10022 = "Invalid argument was supplied."
- 00002747 = Winsock Error code 10055 = "An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full."
