The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The description for Event ID ( 7207 ) in Source ( RFaxGate ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Unable to parse the envelope and it's content. Error 0x80004005.

As per Captaris: "These messages are generated when a user in RightFax is incorrectly configured to receive Microsoft Exchange notifications". See "Captaris Support Answer ID 1253" for information on solving this problem.
As per Captaris: "This apparently is caused by "Local System" account not having sufficient rights to the X400 queue. This typically happens if the drive that exchange has been installed on a drive that was installed after the OS installation/imaging (e.g. If a SAN is used)".
