Service can not start since the NT account specified is not an Exchange Administrator. Check the account used in 'Services' Control Panel applet and verify that the account has Administrator rights.

Often comes together with Event ID 169 and 185. The NAV service terminates. Possible Cause: The login account for the nav service does not have sufficent permissions on MS Exchange. Check the permissions on the MS Exchange Server that has the error messages.
If mailbox used by NAV for Microsoft Exchange is hidden, NAV for Exchange will not install/reinstall. If the service account is temporarily disabled for some reason, the mailbox may have to be unhidden to restart the service, and then can be hidden again.
