As per Microsoft: "The jobs in the print queue for this printer were all deleted". See MSW2KDB for additional information about this event.
A message indicating that a print queue has been purged by an administrator (so some print jobs may have been lost). The level of warnings may be adjusted by accessing the properties of the print server (open the "Printers" applet on the server).

This can also be caused by a mapped printer from a terminal service session being deleted when the user logs off.
