No DNS server found. Domain name resolution will fail thus mail will not be properly delivered. Since there are no DNS server around, we will default to regular WinSock calls.
As per Microsoft: "This behavior can occur when Microsoft Exchange Connector for POP3 Mailboxes cannot locate a DNS server. The POP3 connector is unable to download messages from the server that is specified in the mailbox properties if it cannot resolve the server name by DNS name."
The suggestion is to double-check the DNS settings.
