The browser has received a server announcement indicating that the computer <computer name> is a master browser, but this computer is not a master browser.

I got this error only after I removed Active Directory running the DCPROMO tool. As per Microsoft, an inconsistency exists between the Browser service and the server service. Stopping and restarting the server will eliminate the error. See the MSDN link.
