The browser has received an illegal Datagram from the remote computer <computer> to name <server> on transport <name>. The data is the datagram.
As per Microsoft: "The browser service for My Network Places received a malformed packet. This might indicate an attack by someone attempting to do a buffer-overrun, or it might be caused by a network hardware malfunction". See MSW2KDB for more details.
