From a newsgroup post: "This error is related to NT trying to negotiate a burst mode connection, and is well documented in the KB. To disable NT from attempting to make a burst mode connection to a Novell server add the following key:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NWCWorkstation\Parameters
KEY: MaxBurstSize
Type:REG_DWORD
Value: 0 (Hex or decimal, its the same)
Restart you machine and this will disable any burst mode connections.

From another newsgroup post: "This can be down to bad NICs/drivers. It could also be the NW servers maxing out - maybe check packet receive Buffers and service processes".

See ME118675, ME121555, and ME134385 for more information on this event.
