User: <user>, Destination URL: <URL> The user does not have write access to the destination URL.
In my case, OWNER/CREATOR write permissions were missing on the parent upload directory since the MCIS HMI application dynamically creates the sub-directory inheriting the parent permissions. The error then occurs due to CPSHOST not having correct permissions. Always ensure write permissions are enabled in IIS for the upload directory.
