What is the use of Active Server Pages?
In my case the problem was caused by the same issues explained in ME277329.
We found this message occuring when there was an error in an ASP page (i.e. infinite cycles) but it may also mean that the operations performed by the specific ASP page take more than the configured timeout configuration of IIS.
