The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to connect to WMI, error <error#>.
For error 0x80041006: if there is a running antivirus on the Exchange server, ensure that it's NOT scanning the M drive.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, remove the antivirus (especially if it's for Exchange), you'll notice that the issue goes away. The VAPI driver for exchange was updated in E2K SP2, you may need to contact the vendor for an update for your antivirus product to correct the issue.
