The MTA is terminating because the disk where MTADATA is located has less than 10MB of space, or an error occurred while trying to check for free space on the disk. If disk space is low, free up some disk space and restart the MTA. NT Error code returned: 0 (non-zero indicates an error while checking for free space)

What is the role of the Exchange MTA Service?
As per Microsoft: "The disk may be full or a disk error may have occurred. The MTA needs at least 10 MB available on the disk drive with the MTADATA working directory". See MSEX2K3DB, ME147704, ME152918 and ME162384 for additional information about this event.
A solution is to move the page file from the reported drive to a drive with a larger quantity of free space. See ME263835.
