You need to modify the following registry key to correct this issue: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<Server Name>\<Database Type-GUID>
NonMAPI Named Props Quota=dword:00002000
Change the Dword value from 2000 to 4000. After modifying the registry key dismount and remount the database.
